This couple on their love bicycle is one of the designs that immediately grabbed me. It reminded me of Laura Stoddart's distinctive illustration style. I used them with a shaped frame from a quadrant paper to make this fun, whimsical card.
These cards went out to Rhonda's card for kids drive
More little cards/tags using embossible stickers on top of journal cards. I'm impressed by the subtle dimension and texture created by the raised stickers. (note to self : avoid head-on shots in future when showcasing a layered effect). Most challenging for the girls was learning how to make french knots on the corners of the yellow tag. Apparently we no longer teach needlecraft in schools here, sigh.

so cute..
There's definitely no hand-sewing taught here either - although they do teach sewing on machines. Better than nothing, but still. No wonder others always seem to be impressed that I do it by hand :)
These are super-sweet, even with the bright pre-teen girl colours.
